Organizational Design and Classification Specialists
We are actively seeking Organizational Design and Classification Specialists. The ideal candidates are Organizational Design and Classification professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Federal Government. Successful candidates will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a strong and dynamic team with proven experience working within the public sector within a professional services environment.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Performing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis and documenting workflows
Reviewing existing work processes and organizational structures to determine their efficiency and effectiveness, and making recommendations
