Position Summary:
Drives organizational effectiveness through assessment, design, manpower planning, change management, and the development of market-aligned compensation and total rewards strategies that support business objectives. This role ensures that organizational development initiatives are effectively aligned with the company's strategic priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate design, health, culture, and effectiveness, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop, administer, and maintain assessment tools, surveys, diagnostics, and other methodologies to support organizational development initiatives.
