Job Description

Toromont Industries Ltd. is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to join our team at Concord, ON. The OD Coordinator supports enterprise-wide initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent & Performance, and Employee Listening. This role ensures seamless program execution, manages logistics and the LMS, and delivers high-quality service to internal clients, facilitators, and vendors.

This position is based in Concord and requires the successful candidate to be bilingual (English and French).

Pay Type

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$48,867 - $61,084
