Duties and Responsibilities

• Training Program Development
• Development of Organizational Development Strategies and Programs
• Team Management and Development
• Training Needs Analysis and Solution Design
• Facilitation of Training and Organizational Development Activities and Programs
• Evaluation and Reporting

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
• Must have excellent background in full cycle training and organizational development
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• With background in creative material development
• Must have Basic Training Skills Certification
