Position Summary:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and company culture. This role works closely with management and HR to develop initiatives that improve structures, processes, and workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing organizational development strategies and initiatives
• Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, and data analysis to identify improvement areas
