Organizational Development Specialist

General Accountabilities

To design, strengthen, and consolidate Organizational Development (OD) processes, supporting the company’s continued growth through structure, clarity, and a results-driven approach, while preserving Pellera Technologies’ close, people-focused culture.

This role plays a key part in aligning organizational initiatives with business needs, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
