Design and implement organizational architecture  to ensure structures that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth. 
Develop and apply competency development methodologies  with regional impact, strengthening talent pipelines and critical capabilities. 
What makes you great 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources in leadership roles. 
Regional experience and multicultural team management is highly desirable. 
Ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
