Organizational Development Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven L&D professional to join our team as a Senior Executive-Process Trainer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling employee growth through impactful learning experiences.

You will play a key role in delivering engaging soft skills training programs, coordinating end-to-end learning initiatives, managing LMS operations, and supporting onboarding and organizational development efforts. The role requires strong facilitation skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions covering communication, teamwork, time management, email etiquette, customer service, and professional conduct.

- Facilitate interactive activities including role-plays, case discussions, simulations, and group exercises.
