ETAP Inc. is hiring an Organizational Effectiveness Supervisor to strengthen organizational health, culture, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Organizational Effectiveness Section and team performance
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies
• Lead initiatives on Career Pathing, Succession Planning, PMS, L&D, Engagement, Competency Modeling
• Conduct assessments, onboarding, surveys, and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in psychology or HR Management (preferred)
• 2+ years in Organization Development, 1+ year supervisory experience
