Job Description:

The Director – Talent Management role is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the organization’s talent strategy across performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. This role ensures robust competency frameworks;
effective career progression structures and a strong talent pipeline aligned with business requirements. .

Working closely with all functions to create and implement an organization wide Talent Management Program.
