Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, delivery orders, or invoices.
• Check received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations following proper storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation, labeling, and system data entry.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to delivery schedules and specifications.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
