18–24 months | For fresh grads & early professionals. This is for those ready to lead. You’ll rotate across departments and properties — from The Chow Kit to The RuMa, and even Japan — while working on real projects that impact the business. With executive mentorship and a clear path to leadership roles, this is where your future in hospitality takes off.

This is a full-time, paid programme designed to fast-track your growth into a future leader in hospitality. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across departments, properties, and even countries — gaining real-world experience, working on meaningful projects, and being mentored by the best in the business.

Who are we looking for?
