A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will actively guide the outlet team by providing assistance and supervision to the Outlet Manager to ensure an efficient, organized and smooth running of the floor operations where guests will receive an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Supervisor, you will direct and coordinate the floor operations and provide assistance to the team, to ensure all hotel service standards are met and implemented consistently, leading to excellent guest experience.
