What You'll Be Driving

• End-to-end fiber infrastructure delivery (ducts, fiber, ILA sites)
• Fiber acceptance, OTDR validation & handover review
• Vendor performance management & quarterly business reviews
• On-time delivery, activated services & financial performance tracking
• Cross-functional coordination with network development & technical teams
• Data consolidation across multiple systems to improve reporting & workflows

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in terrestrial fiber network deployment (long-haul & metro exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of fiber specs, OTDR trace interpretation & handover documentation
