JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing multiple telecom OSP projects from planning through closure.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and risks to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Assist OSP planning activities and maintain project documentation in alignment with scope and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using OSP designs, redlines, and field survey data to ensure accurate material cost control.
• Support preparation of as-built documentation and project closure.
• Participate in client and internal meetings; prepare status reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes by verifying quantities, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records based on BOQ.
