OSP Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Maxis OSP Fiberisation Project Manager with a contractor mindset—able to drive fast-paced, multi-site delivery and ensure site deliverables are completed within the delivery window. You will manage end-to-end execution, maintain accurate BIZ updates, and drive documentation + claims submission to protect sustainable cashflow.

• Frequent site visits are mandatory. Office-only candidates will not fit this role.
• Must have hands-on Maxis OSP experience (end-to-end execution + documentation + claims).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1) End-to-End OSP Delivery (Maxis)

• Manage OSP works from job assignment → planning → execution → QA/QC → closure & handover.
• Coordinate crews/subcontractors/materials and remove daily blockers to keep output consistent.
• Deliver against schedule/SLA with strong daily control and escalation.
