OSS Service Assurance Engineer

Key Job Responsibilities:

·      Monitor application health (JBoss services, GeoServer layers, ETL job status), triage incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), deliver fixes/workarounds, and update runbooks/KEDB.

·      Coordinate major incidents across GIS operations, network planning, construction, sales, and integration teams.

·      Operate and optimize GeoServer (workspaces, stores, layers, SLD styles), manage WMS/WFS endpoints, caching (GeoWebCache), and security (role‑based access).

·      Publish and maintain geospatial layers for coverage, service areas, cable routes/ducts, as‑built updates, and sales pricing zones.

·      Develop, run, and support FME Workbench ETL pipelines to ingest vendor/contractor data (CAD/CSV/Shape/GeoJSON), transform to canonical schemas, and load into PostGIS/Oracle Spatial.
