Job Description :

• Development and Operation (DevOps) of Operation System Support (OSS) system
• Involve in OSS project implementation
• Handle preventive maintenance of OSS system
• Develop customization in OSS system
• Handle user request related with OSS system
• Handle user requirement related with OSS System
• Troubleshooting issue in OSS system
• IT Security implementation in OSS
• OSS integration with third party tool
• Upgrade, patch, bug fixing of OSS
• Northbound and Southbound interface integration
• Consistent communication with customer to resolve issues and concerns.
• Responsible for daily issue handling and troubleshooting.
• Understand enhancement requirement and perform UAT with customer.
• Responsible for new enhancement development.
