OT Manager (Cardiac)

Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Operation Theatre and ensure smooth workflow. Ensure availability and proper functioning of cardiac surgical equipment and supplies. Supervise OT staff, duty rosters, and coordination with surgeons and anesthetists. Monitor compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards. Ensure efficient scheduling and execution of cardiac surgical procedures.
Must Be,
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Operation Theatre Technology, or a related healthcare discipline. Minimum 5 years of Operation Theatre experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in Cardiac OT and cardiac surgical procedures will be preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
