OT (Senior Automation & SCADA Engineer (10–15 Years)

Role Summary

Lead multi-vendor automation and SCADA solution delivery, architecture, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define PLC/SCADA architecture, standards (naming, alarms), integration approach, and commissioning strategy.

• Lead complex multi-vendor integration, performance/reliability improvements, and technical risk management.

• Review/approve key deliverables (FDS/LLD, cause & effect, test procedures, as-builts) and ensure quality compliance.

• Lead technical workshops, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and final handover.

• Provide guidance to junior/mid engineers and ensure engineering governance.
