OTC Business Process Lead

Job Description
The OTC Business Process Lead (BPL) provides leadership and management within key commercial areas of order-to-cash and customer service processes, developing strategy and roadmap to meet customer, market and internal process design expectations whilst leading the implementation of standard processes and tools (Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, Global e-commerce, EDI) in accordance with Global Design.
The OTC Business Process Lead is part of a global network of resources whose responsibilities are the implementation and ongoing management and enhancements of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) processes and supporting tools including Order-To-Cash (OTC).
Working to support the Global Business Process Lead (GBPL), the BPL represents the CooperVision global business processes and standards for their function in the project they are deployed within APAC Region, and beyond as required.
