OTC Operations Specialist – Billing

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end billing and collections for self-operated e-commerce business.
• Issue accurate, tax-compliant invoices upon order fulfillment or platform settlement, and reconcile data from platforms with ERP systems.
• Process credit notes, adjustments, and support month-end closing.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue payments, and accurately apply cash using bank or platform settlement files.
• Resolve discrepancies with Treasury and Platform teams, and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and internal controls, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, IT, Commercial Team, and Customer Service.
• Support system enhancements, UAT, and audit requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
