OTC Specialist

What you'll be doing:
As an OTC Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our receivables portfolio. You'll manage balance sheet reconciliations, monitor overdue accounts, and calculate bad debt provisions in line with IFRS standards. Your insights will support decision-making and help improve processes, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. You'll work closely with credit control and collections teams to minimize risk and drive financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining dashboards and reports on OTC KPIs.
Analysing trends and providing actionable insight.
Supporting month-end and year-end reporting cycles.
Reconciling accounts receivable and general ledger accounts.
Investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
Calculating and recording bad debt provisions.
