The Work You’ll Do
As Order to Cash (OTC) Supervisor you demonstrate capabilities to proactively engage with multiple stakeholders in a complex and international environment. This is a transverse role aiming at optimizing the group’s cash generation by supervising a team located across the different Offices within the region, and by engaging with other departments to continuously improve cash generation.
You provide a comprehensive dashboard of the main pain-points and set in motion coordinated responses to general issues affecting cash generation.
Your communication skills are flawless, with expected frequent and direct communications shared with Executive Committee members. Note: Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
