OTRS Developer

We are seeking an experienced OTRS Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our OTRS/OTOBO systems, including custom and open-source add-ons. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication to deliver reliable solutions aligned with business needs.

What you'll be doing

• Support and maintain OTRS & OTOBO platforms
• Develop, customize, and maintain add-ons and internal tools
• Implement customer requirements and system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years experience working with OTRS
• Strong knowledge of Perl or Python is a required
• Experience with Linux, MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
• Proficient in Git, GitHub, and GitLab
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or any related experience
• Excellent English communication skills
