Ottawa Student Transportation Authority -- General Manager/Chief Administrative Officer

The Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA) is responsible for all home-to-school transportation on behalf of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board(OCDSB) and the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB). With a Service area covering 2,670 sq. km and 230 schools, OSTA’s mission is to deliver safe, efficient transportation solutions to over 74,000 students of the OCDSB and OCSB.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM/CAO is responsible for developing OSTA’s vision, mission and multi-year strategic plan, while providing effective management of staff and fostering a team environment between OSTA staff and the individual school boards. A key priority will be leading the strategic development and implementation of modern technology solutions to enhance OSTA’s service delivery model.
