EBC is hiring a Superintendent for the Lansdowne 2.0 Project in Ottawa. Play a vital role in managing construction activities while ensuring safety and project quality.
This role is ideal for an experienced Superintendent with over 10 years in building construction and a focus on successful large-scale projects. In this position, you will lead daily operations, mentor field staff, and enforce safety standards. Effective collaboration with trade partners and on-site inspections will be key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor on-site field staff for productivity • Manage day-to-day construction activities and schedules • Promote safety and participate in safety meetings • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges
