Our Place Society Supervisor Role

Serve the community as a Shelter Site Supervisor with Our Place Society, focusing on resident safety and staff support. This role involves significant interaction with marginalized populations.
Reporting to the Manager of Housing and Shelters, you will create an inviting atmosphere for shelter residents while ensuring adherence to safety policies. Duties include crisis management, conducting regular inspections, and liaising with the community. Your leadership will empower staff and residents alike, promoting engagement and advocacy for fair treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
