Out of School Hours Care Qualified Educator

To be successful for this role, you must possess the following:

• Completed qualification in one of the following: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA

• Ability to actively contribute to the review and development of Children’s Services policies and procedures

• Extensive experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), with strong working knowledge of The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and The My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills

• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written

• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
