Out-Sourcing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Out-Sourcing Executive to support sourcing and supplier coordination activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides exposure to both commercial sourcing and technical supplier evaluation. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external suppliers to ensure components and assemblies meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Procurement Execution
Support RFQ processes and prepare technical and commercial comparisons.
Review supplier quotations against BOM and project requirements.
Issue and manage Purchase Orders with proper follow-up.
Track delivery schedules and coordinate shipment arrangements.
Assist in cost comparison and basic cost breakdown analysis.
