Salary:$167.70 per day 
Reports To: Summer Camp Manager
Nature & Scope
YMCA Camp Elphinstone is seeking individuals to fill the role of Out-trip (OT) Supervisor. The OT Supervisor oversees all aspect of out-trip programming including registered out-trip programs, Leadership Development trips, and onsite overnight experiences for twelve-day camper cabins. 
In this role, OT Supervisor oversees and supports, the planning, preparation, and deliver of every out-trip, ensuring all programs meet BCCA standards and YMCA policies and procedures, and industry best practices.
