Outbound Call - Electronic Device Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell electronic products
• Manage the end to end sales process via telephone
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Highly motivated and target oriented
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
