As an Outbound Call Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will proactively engage with warm leads through outbound calls. You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team. Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, qualify them by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services, and ask qualifying questions to identify potential fit.
