This is a remote position. We are seeking high-performing Outbound Cold Calling Appointment Setters focused on generating qualified homeowner appointments for our field sales team across our primary roofing and expanding home service verticals. This role is critical in driving our sales pipeline by ensuring the field sales team is supplied with high-quality, pre-qualified leads. Requirements The core objective of this role is to secure qualified appointments with homeowners by: Initiating high-volume outbound cold calls to connect with homeowners. Skillfully uncovering homeowner need or interest in home service improvements. Professionally handling objections and addressing initial homeowner inquiries. Scheduling qualified appointments that demonstrate a strong show potential for the field sales team.
