Outbound CSR

Are you confident on the phone and energized by high-volume outbound calling? Peak Support is looking for experienced Outbound CSRs who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to connect, influence, and deliver results through proactive outreach.

In this role, you will handle a large volume of outbound calls daily, engaging customers, gathering information, resolving concerns, and driving positive outcomes through clear communication and persistence.

We're Looking For Individuals With

• Strong outbound calling experience, preferably in a BPO or sales-driven environment
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes (hundreds of outbound calls per day)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
• Experience managing objections and navigating real-time conversations effectively
