RabbitFire Media is building a focused outbound growth engine targeting boutique hotels and wine estates in Cape Town.
We help hospitality brands reduce OTA dependency and increase direct bookings through strategic brand positioning and high-converting video systems.
We operate on a problem-first philosophy — we don't sell services, we identify revenue problems and build strategic solutions around them.
This is not a typical high-pressure sales job.
This is a strategic, consultative outbound role where understanding the client's business matters more than pushing a pitch. You'll be expected to listen, think critically, and identify real revenue opportunities — not force conversations.
At the same time, this is a structured outbound position with clear targets and serious upside.
