You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing outbound campaigns — from lead sourcing to qualified booked meetings.

Consistently generate qualified booked meetings through cold outbound systems.

Performance Expectations

Benchmarks vary by niche, but strong campaigns typically achieve:

• 3–8% positive reply rate
• 1–3% booking rate
• Structured A/B testing cycles every 14 days
