Outbound Lead Generation Agent

Position Summary

The Outbound Lead Generation Agent is responsible for initiating outbound communication with prospective U.S.-based clients to schedule qualified appointments for Phil-Am Insurance staff. This role is a key upstream function in the sales pipeline, focused on disciplined outreach, consistent follow-up, and accurate CRM documentation.

This position does not sell insurance or provide plan advice. The agent’s sole mandate is to engage prospects professionally, confirm interest, and book appointments with licensed U.S. insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting

• Make outbound calls to assigned U.S.-based lead lists during approved calling windows

• Send follow-up SMS and emails using approved scripts and templates
