Outbound Logistics Analyst - Onsite/Night Shift

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on logistics experience who can work effectively in a hybrid setup and manage outbound shipment processes with accuracy and urgency.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth outbound operations, preparing shipment documentation, coordinating with carriers, and supporting claims resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment tasks, ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping.
• Handle domestic and international shipments, including UPS, FedEx, and parcel shipments.
• Prepare commercial invoices and other shipment documentation.
• Assist in processing outbound‑related claims and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standard warehousing and logistics procedures.
