Outbound Recruitment Support

Our Outbound Support Associate will be responsible for supporting educator recruitment through high-volume outbound calling, focusing on candidate outreach and initial screening.

His / Her tasks involve engaging with teachers through effective communication, providing clear and accurate information about available opportunities, and assessing candidate suitability for further recruitment stages. With strong verbal communication and relationship-building as cornerstones, the Outbound Support Associate works to ensure a positive candidate experience while consistently managing heavy outbound call volumes to support hiring goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates (teachers/educators).
• Perform initial candidate screening and qualification checks.
• Clearly explain job opportunities and answer basic candidate questions.
• Maintain accurate call notes and candidate information in the system.
