We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for someone who is driven, exceptional in communication and overall ready to become a leader.

Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets. Requirements Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using basic computer applications. Preferred Qualifications 1 - 2 years' experience in a Call Center environment. Matric/NQF Level 4. South African ID.
