Outbound Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to B2B prospects (wholesalers, trading companies, and distributors of branded goods worldwide)
• Identify and qualify potential suppliers who carry authentic branded merchandise
• Present business partnership opportunities to supply products to our Japanese e-commerce client
• Gather information about product catalogs, brands handled, pricing structures, and terms of trade
• Build and maintain relationships with international business contacts
• Document all communications and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/databases
• Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound telemarketing/telesales
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
