Job Description

Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Associate is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate sales, acquire new accounts, and maintain strong client relationships. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Generate new leads and convert prospects into active accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales system
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order processing
