Outbound Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our dynamic BPO sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. This role demands strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a BPO environment (preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• High school graduate or college level
