Outbound Sales Caller (Remote – LATAM)

Job Overview

We are a U.S.-based commercial services company hiring a remote outbound caller to contact restaurants and food service businesses to book appointments for our certified technicians.

Please note: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurants using provided scripts
• Book callbacks and appointments
• Update call notes in CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Follow call schedules and performance metrics

Requirements

• Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Ability to make 80–150+ outbound calls per day consistently
• Prior outbound sales or call center experience
• Reliable internet & quiet workspace
• Comfortable with cold calling businesses
