Outbound Sales Caller (Remote – LATAM)

Job Overview We are a U.S.-based commercial services company hiring a remote outbound caller to contact restaurants and food service businesses to book appointments for our certified technicians. Please note: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Latin America. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to restaurants using provided scripts Book callbacks and appointments Update call notes in CRM (GoHighLevel) Follow call schedules and performance metrics Requirements Fluent English (neutral accent preferred) Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours Ability to make 80–150 outbound calls per day consistently Prior outbound sales or call center experience Reliable internet & quiet workspace Comfortable with cold calling businesses Compensation $4–$8 USD/hour (based on experience) Performance bonuses per booked appointment Long-term role with growth opportunity Schedule U.S. Eastern Time preferred Monday–Friday (option for Saturday later)
