Brief Description

We are seeking a congenial and confident Call Center Representative to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate

will have experience handling verbal accounts in a call center, demonstrating excellent communication skills and

strong call control. This role is best suited for someone comfortable in a soft-sales environment, with the ability to

probe effectively without relying on a script.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage professionally and confidently with callers over the phone

• Apply soft-sales techniques to qualify leads while maintaining a natural, unscripted flow

• Navigate through unqualified leads in approximately 3 minutes and manage qualified leads within 6–10

minutes

• Demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in live conversations
