We're on the lookout for a driven and proactive Customer Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers succeed If you're someone who can deliver excellent service, close deals, and build strong client relationships — you could be onboarded as early as THIS WEEK
What You'll Do:
• Respond quickly to inquiries and send price quotes within 30 minutes
• Perform quality checks on files before client delivery
• Convert leads through scheduled calls and meetings
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Make 50+ support/retention/engagement calls daily
• Work on a rotating shift (5–6 days a week)
