This is a remote position. OVERVIEW: The Client is an Australian-based outsourcing and remote staffing company that helps small business owners build dedicated offshore teams in the Philippines. ROVR Outsourcing partners with industries including bookkeeping, trades, recruitment, and professional services, with a strong focus on providing high-quality staffing solutions while maintaining a hands-on, relationship-driven approach. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling to Australian small business owners. The position focuses on starting genuine conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery meetings for the Founder. The role is highly performance-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in outbound sales, handles rejection well, and can build rapport naturally without sounding scripted or overly corporate.
