Job Description
What you will do
- Manage and coach our outbound callers (including overseas VAs)
- Make sure daily call activity and follow-up is completed
- Improve the quality of leads and prospect lists
- Track and manage all activity in HubSpot
- Review call results, dispositions, and reports
- Improve booking rates and meeting quality
- Work closely with our sales closer to ensure clean handoffs
- Help build and improve scripts, talk tracks, and processes
- Hold the team accountable to clear KPIs
- Hire and manage current team
What success looks like
- More qualified Facilities Analysis meetings booked
- Higher show rates
- Better meeting quality for the sales team
- Clean and accurate data in HubSpot
- Lower cost per qualified meeting
